British glass sculptor David Reekie was born in London in 1947. He lives and works in Norfolk, United Kingdom.
David Reekie has been an important presence on the international glass scene for over thirty years. His highly personal and recognizable figurative pieces are influenced by his interest in individual and social relationships.
He developed an innovative way of colouring cast glass by using ceramic enamels, and has been invited to participate in exhibitions, give lectures and teach workshops throughout the world.
